Rule 74
Conditions related to adjournment proposal
A proposal to adjourn the meeting to discuss a matter of urgent and public importance may be submitted subject to the following conditions:- (a) The incident that occurred immediately and the matter should be within the responsibility of the Government of Nepal, and (b) Clause (a) ) the conditions mentioned in Rule 57 should be fulfilled while raising the subject.
